How do I reserve my party or event?

• You can reserve online, by phone, or in person at our front desk. A deposit is required to hold your date.

Can I tour the space before booking?

• Absolutely! We’d love to show you around. Contact us to schedule a quick walkthrough during non-peak hours.

How much is the deposit, and when is the remaining balance due?

• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event. If payment isn’t received by the deadline, your reservation may be canceled.

Can I make changes after paying the deposit?

• Yes, you can always add on extras depending on availability.

What do I need to bring when I check in?

• The event host must present a valid photo ID at check-in before the party can begin.

Do guests need to check in too?

• Yes. All minors participating in play or event add-ons must check in at the front counter and have a signed waiver on file from their parent or legal guardian.

How early can we arrive to set up?

• You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to decorate and set up.

How long do we have after the party to clean up?

• We ask that cleanup is completed within 15 minutes after your party ends so we can prepare for the next event.

What’s included in the party rental price?

• Your rental includes access to the play area, event space, tables and chairs, and white table covers. Add-ons like decorations, exclusive tabletop arcade game use, or goodie bags are available for an additional fee.

Do members receive a discount on parties?

• Yes! Party package discounts are included in ALL memberships.

Can we bring our own food?

• Outside food is allowed with prior approval at least 2 weeks prior to your event and at our discretion. We understand some families prefer to bring their own dishes, and we’re happy to review your request in advance.

Do you offer catering options?

• Yes! We’ve partnered with several local restaurants to provide convenient add-on catering packages for your event. Ask us about our current partner menus when booking.

Can we decorate the party room?

• Yes! You’re welcome to bring tablecloths, weighted balloons, and tabletop décor. We ask that you do not use confetti, glitter, tape on walls, push pins or piñatas.

How many guests can I invite?

• Our standard open play party includes up to 10 children. Additional children and adults can be added for a small fee. Each open play party also allows up to 10 adults at no additional cost.

• For private facility parties, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire space and may host up to 50 total guests (30 children max). Larger groups may be approved on a case-by-case basis with prior arrangement. There are no age restrictions for the play structure during private events — everyone can join the fun!

• Both party options include the use of kids’ tables and chairs upon request for food, crafts, or gifts to help make setup easy and kid-friendly.

Are parents required to stay?

• Yes, adult supervision is required at all times. Our staff does not provide direct supervision of children.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

• Yes, every participant must have a signed waiver on file before entering the play area. This can be completed online or at check-in.

Are we responsible for cleanup?

• Basic cleanup (trash, table wipe-down, removing decorations) is expected. Our staff will handle final sanitizing and vacuuming. If the space is left excessively unclean, a $100 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

What if something gets damaged?

• The booking party is responsible for any damage to the facility, equipment, or play structures. A cleaning or damage fee may be charged to the card on file if needed.

What if my party runs late?

• Events that extend beyond the scheduled time will incur a $25 late exit fee for every 15 minutes past the end time, unless management has approved an extension in advance.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. However, if you choose to reschedule, your deposit may be applied to a new party date within 6 months of the original event.

• After 6 months, the deposit will expire and cannot be transferred.

What happens if we’re late?

• We do our best to accommodate, but event time cannot be extended for late arrivals due to other scheduled parties.

Can I host non-birthday events, like baby showers or team parties?

• Definitely! Our event space is perfect for baby showers, holiday parties, school groups, and family gatherings.
